Training: the City University and Guildhall School of Music and Drama and London Centre for Theatre Studies. He has been a professional French horn player for 20 years, including 10 years as a member of the Philharmonia. Robert has just completed a run in The Sound of Music (Palladium) as Ensemble and playing Max Detweiler (first cover) on numerous occasions.

Theatre includes: Michael in Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Sir Toby Belch in Twelfth Night (Broadway Theatre, Lewisham); Lord Spencer in Deportee and BBC reporter in Dutty Wine with Blue Mountain Theatre (Hackney Empire and UK tour); King Henry lV in Henry lV Parts I and ll with the Principal Theatre Company (Forty Hall Open Air Theatre Season); Nigel Pilchard in Disciplinary Action (Greenwich); the Duke in Measure for Measure (Bridewell Theatre).

Film includes: Daniel in A Simple Man (Wychwood Film Productions).

Television includes: London: The Greatest City (Channel 4); Eroica (BBC).

Radio includes: Together (BBC).

Recordings include: soloist in Schumann’s Konzertstuck for Four Horns and Orchestra with John Eliot Gardiner and the Orchestre Revolutionnaire et Romantique (Deutsche Grammaphon) and numerous other classical recordings.
