Douglas was an Associate Director at the Donmar Warehouse (2007 - 2009) and Council Member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain 1990-2006. He has recorded two albums of his own compositions Night Bus and Cowley Road Songs and has recently been commissioned to write a new musical with Aschlin Ditta.
